Lull Telehandlers
Lull telehandlers have been in production ever since 1959. They specialize in load placement. For more accurate placement capabilities, their patented Stabil-Trak stability system provides a lot more precise placement capabilities. Lull telehandlers provide a large range of optional attachments and these telehandlers could really help you accomplish all your needs, while being efficient and safe at the worksite. When precision and accuracy are really important, leave it to a Lull telehandler to complete everything you need.
The Future
Numerous attachments have been engineered and developed in order to make rough terrain lift trucks as functional as possible. Winches, booms and rotating fork carriages allow the forklift to place materials in a more precise way. The booms or articulating booms come with 2 different extendible arms and could reach up and over structures so as to place loads in the upper or center floors or on interior roof slope settings. New attachments and products are being engineered and made all the time and will debut in the future.
With extra safety features becoming more prevalent, several improvements have been made. For example, load-reach management devices can automatically restrict the forklift's reach, based on the load being handled as opposed to depending on the operator. Pressure sensors are used in order to know the weight of the load. This information is sent to a tiny electronic memory device that had all the load-reach limitations pre-programmed into it.
Once the load is being placed into position, the memory will compare the boom's extension and the boom's angle with the safety limits. There is a warning system or an important lock-up device which prevents the operator from over-reaching and potentially causing the boom to fail or the forklift to tip over.
