The most busy parts of any warehouse are the receiving and shipping docks. These active parts could become extremely crowded. The lift trucks should provide exceptional visibility, be highly maneuverable and as compact as possible. Lift truck operators who are working on a dock should step onto and off of their truck for the length of their shift. In order to solve all of your horizontal transporting dock needs, Yale spotlights the MPE unit.
Yale offers a double reach or NDR or a single narrow reach or NR model to operate in aisles from 8 to 10 feet wide. The narrow aisle units can help a business increase its storage ratio compared to its aisle width. Yale features best-in-class ergonomics with their equipment. The Yale Narrow Aisle forklifts provide a Quadra-Flexx Operator Compartment. This features different configurations for stance options and control handle.
NDR & NR Productivity Enhancements
Quadra-Flexx Operator Compartment: On the Quadra-Flexx Operator Compartment, there is a choice between the side stance or fore/aft stance. It also features a variety of different control handle configurations in order to suit different kinds of operations.
AC Motor Technology: Featured on the AC Motor Technology is the powerful speed, exceptional lifting speeds and fast deceleration, and quick plugging options. This enables the machine to combine responsive directional changes in order to increase the number of loads transported during a shift.
Mast & Reach Assembly: the Mast and Reach Assembly features tapered roller bearings and trunion mounting to enhance overall rigidity and mast durability. It also is reinforced for a long life with a gusseted rear frame weldment and extra reach-assembly welding.
Power Lowering: Yale provides industry-leading lowering speeds, when these are uploaded; productivity and throughput are improved throughout the model.
Regenerative Lowering: By maintaining lower oil operating temperature, the regenerative lowering feature reduces battery changes per shift.
Electronic Steering: The ground-breaking Electronic Steering option eliminates the need for hydraulic pumps and hence decreases energy. The steering tiller is capable of being adjustable by the operator and the steer effort is also technician adjustable in order to help reduce operator exhaustion. When starting up the machinery, the drive tire centers automatically as well.
Yale has applied the above features in addition to many others in order to develop an excellent product line which would keep clients coming back in the future. There are many different options available within the fleet.
